MADONNA Neues Album “CONFESSIONS II” kommt am 03. Juli!
(April 2026 – Los Angeles/Hamburg) Madonna hat heute ihr mit Spannung erwartetes neues Album “Confessions II” angekündigt, das am 3. Juli über Warner Records erscheint.
Das neue Album knüpft direkt an den ikonischen Vorgänger „Confessions on a Dance Floor” (2005, Platz 1 und 3× Platin in Deutschland) an und führt dessen Idee konsequent weiter. Noch vor der offiziellen Leadsingle gibt Madonna mit einem tranceartig inszenierten Visual-Teaser einen ersten Eindruck der neuen Musik – HIER anschauen. Madonna bringt die Haltung hinter dem neuen Werk selbst auf den Punkt, indem sie die ersten Zeilen ihres Songs “One Step Away” zitiert: „People think that dance music is superficial, but they’ve got it all wrong. The dance floor is not just a place, it’s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language.“
Sie ergänzt: „Als Stuart Price und ich begonnen haben, an diesem Album zu arbeiten, war das unser Manifest“:
We must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies. These are things that we’ve been doing for thousands of years — they really are spiritual practices. After all, the dance floor is a ritualistic space. It’s a place where you connect —with your wounds, with your fragility. To rave is an art. It’s about pushing your limits and connecting to a community of like-minded people.
Sound, light, and vibration reshape our perceptions, pulling us into a trance-like state. The repetition of the bass, we don’t just hear it but we feel it.
